Scheduling / Billing / Skype  Details:

“Overtime Cost”(O.C.) is for sessions that run beyond the scheduled time, and will be added upon reaching the 15 minute increments beyond scheduled ending at a rate of $32 per 15 minute increment.

Billing begins at your scheduled start time of the session. Please be on time so you may get the most for your money. Sessions begin and end at your scheduled times with the exception of the need for Overtime which will be charged accordingly. If you call late (Phone/Skype) or arrive late O.C. still applies.

There is a 30 minute allotted period in between scheduled appointments to allow for the occasional need to complete a session, as well as to allow preparation for the next client. Your courtesy will be much appreciated.  Appointments missed or canceled without 24 hr prior notice are charged at full rate and will be deducted from Clients pre-paid reserved hours. Emergency and unforeseen reasons are considered. Thank you for acting responsibly.

Skype Video/Phone Clients (EFT)

Skype/Phone rate is the same as Basic Pre-paid or Specialized PTSD Packages. Skype is free to download and use. You MUST have a Web Camera and microphone (some are combined) to use Skype Video Sessions. Skype/Phone clients are to be pre-paid via Paypal, US mail, with Postal Money Order or Cashiers Check made payable to Gary Woodings, in the same packages shown above.  Unused time is non refundable if client chooses to discontinue treatment prior to completion.

Skype/Phone Clients please print out, complete, sign and return intake forms (which will be emailed to you) to the office, at the address provided at the bottom of the page, with your first payment. Include cashiers check or money order made payable to Gary Woodings. Payments may also be made through Paypal to garywhitewolf@yahoo.com

Prices vary depending upon location and the need for travel/lodging as well as Venue costs. I provide seminars nation wide as a specialist in the field. If you have a venue available in your area and a group interested in Effective Treatment for these issues contact me to schedule your seminar. I normally provide 3 day Intensives (Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday, full days) to maximize the effectiveness for the group and to allow for One-on-One sessions (priced separately) for attendees.
